App Development
App development is no longer a big part of my life, though at one time I had 20 apps available on the App Store. Now I just have one app on the store, and a very simple one at that. Maybe writing An Invitation to Slow caused me to, well, slow down a bit.
I took my first software development course in 1980 and never stopped the adventure of learning how to code in new languages. When I code these days, which is rare, I use Objective-c or Swift.

Dr. Winston Seegobin and I partnered on this app called Relax4Rx. As psychologists, we were looking for a good progressive relaxation tool and ended up developing our own when we couldn't find what we wanted. Winston's smooth Trinidadian voice is comforting in itself, and the methods we use in this app have a long track record in evidence-based practice.

And special thanks to Dr. Lisa Graham McMinn for providing the photographs used in the app.
